King County Executive Dow Constantine today announced an agreement that will allow for the long-held goal of constructing a mixed-use development with affordable housing to begin in Seattle's Pioneer Square, on the parking lot just north of the old Kingdome site. http://www.kingcounty.gov/exec/news/release/2011/September/22NorthLot.aspxUnfortunately, the county found a way to resolve a conflict. Darn meddling government.
Have a great day,
Mike Baker

Yeah, that's a bit of a bummer. We're running out of viablie sites in Seattle, but the city council is dealing with more important things.....
Now if they could only come up with a creative solution for an arena.
