I am no dope smoker, but blocking reasonable legislation by Frank Chopp has to stop, and not with just this subject.

this is off topic, but on the video you posted on SC, Sally Bagshaw says, she wants a solution to not have a "burden" on taxpayers, yet she mentioned the ballmer group. i am not aware of any other investors. does she mean ballmer will have to increase his offer, (i don't think that will happen), or do you think if Dow finds a way to keep ballmer in, the city will support the same offer?

She means that current deal. In a political ad you have to clearly state that you are not adding a tax on to people.

I think she is very smart, and will be quite helpful.
